As a Mooresville native, current Sherrills Ford resident and lifetime Lake Norman resident, I know that the Lake Norman region is not just a place, but rather a lifestyle. It is my job to paint that picture for someone and to market your home, through multiple websites, videos, professional photographs, Allen Tate Relocation Services, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and open houses. It is also my responsibility as your buyer's agent to educate you on these things as you purchase your next home.
I have been a full-time Realtor for over four years. I take pride in being a Lake Norman native and love where I live and where I’m from. Therefore, I work primarily in the North Meck, Mooresville, Sherrills Ford and, Denver area. My planning, development and urban design background give me a deeper understanding of zoning law and regulations. It also allows me to be able to keep up with market trends and upcoming development that will help market your home.
